Driving in

Kurunegala is roughly a 2-hour drive from Colombo via the Kandy Road (A1). Parking is available at the venue. Tap the maps button above for live directions from wherever you are.

If you'd rather not drive back the same day, there are hotels and guesthouses around Kurunegala town, a short ride from the venue. We're happy to help you find a room — just ask.

Aim to arrive by around 10:00 am so you can settle in before the Poruwa ceremony begins at 10:30.

Traditional or party wear — whatever makes you feel wonderful. We'd love to see you shining.

Yes, there's parking on site. Kurunegala is about a 2-hour drive from Colombo, so plan a little buffer.

Little ones are very welcome. If anything changes, we'll note it on your invitation.
